We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please get in touch.

How will I know if you're coming?
We will send you an email the day before we are due to clean and also send a text message on the day of our visit.

Will my windows still be cleaned if we're not at home?
Yes, but please ensure you leave the access to your back garden open. We will always ensure back gates/ access are left closed. If we are unable to access any windows when you are not at home, we will send you a text to let you know.

Do I need to provide you with water?
No. We provide fully filtered pure hot water. Using pure water means that there is no need to squeegee the water from your windows. We agitate (or scrub) the dirt and rinse the window thoroughly, which means we can leave it wet. It will dry completely clear and streak-free.

If it's raining, will you still clean my windows?
Yes - even if it rains during or after we have cleaned your windows, they will still dry clear and streak-free. Rainwater is pure water and should not affect our clean. However, if the weather is particularly bad on the day of your clean, we may need to rearrange. In this instance, we will send you a text to let you know.

Do you use ladders to access windows?
No, we are equipped with 30ft water-fed poles which means we can reach up to three storeys from ground level.

Are any chemicals used when cleaning my windows?
No. We use fully-filtered, pure water. NB On some occasions, when cleaning soffits and fascias, we may need to add a detergent.

How do I make a payment?
We have partnered with GoCardless for an easy and efficient way of making payments. Simply click on the link in the sign up email or visit our Direct Debits page and follow the instructions. It only takes a few minutes to set up and is fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme. We will invoice you after each clean and payment will be taken in the next three days.

How do I cancel?
If you need to cancel your regular clean, please email us confirming your name, address and that you wish to cancel - and we will take care of the rest. Once you have cancelled, we will not request any further payments via your Direct Debit. However to avoid mistakes, please ensure you cancel your Direct Debit directly with your bank. If the Direct Debit is due in the next 48 hours, you may not be able to stop that payment. We will be sorry to see you go but you will always be able to restart your regular cleans by contacting us again in the future.
